Keto-friendly butter bombs with just a hint of sugar to satisfy those sweet cravings.


  • 1 pound salted butter, preferably grass-fed
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


  1. Let butter soften on counter for a few hours until it’s easy to squish with a fork.
  2. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over, and mix until fully integrated. Add vanilla if desired.
  3. Scoop little teaspoon-size chunks onto a plate and place in freezer for 10 minutes.
  4. Place the little scoopy chunks into a tupperware in the fridge.
