Butter Bombs
Keto-friendly butter bombs with just a hint of sugar to satisfy those sweet cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 pound salted butter, preferably grass-fed
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Steps
- Let butter soften on counter for a few hours until it’s easy to squish with a fork.
- Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over, and mix until fully integrated. Add vanilla if desired.
- Scoop little teaspoon-size chunks onto a plate and place in freezer for 10 minutes.
- Place the little scoopy chunks into a tupperware in the fridge.
